how to carry games in low elo

i am really struggling to get people to listen in low elo and its really frustrating(silver 3 to silver 1), i cant carry games where i win lane with like 2-5 kills then the other 2 lanes get dumpster on. My average game is I win lane with 1-2 kills and a CS lead of about 30. I lose more games in the first 12 min when i watch replays. My average team score in the first 15 min is 3 while my opponents is 9. I know I need to improve as a player but I cant win games where my team is so far behind so early, even if I am ahead. Late game I feel I can carry well as an ADC but I can never really get there.

I hate saying its my teammates because I wont get better that way but im at a loss of what to do since it is nearly every game. I cant control mid and top in the first 10 min because they dont ward and just dont play safe. I get told keep playing you will eventually climb but its ridiculous how many people feed early cause they cant play safe. Should I just learn jungle to hard carry the lanes? Cause ADC I feel like is a good lane to climb with but you are limited by autofill of supports and lack of control of the other lanes.

Couple of suggestions:

  1. If you're not duoing with someone, find someone good and duo with them. If you trust the person you're playing with to play pretty solidly most of the time, you'll have a better chance of climbing than straight soloing. I would discourage you from trying to carry as an ADC if you're not duo'ed with your support

  2. Work on your macro play. Keep tracks of where the enemies are, where the jungler was last seen, which lanes are pushed in and may roam, etc. If you play top mostly, try to see if you can make tp plays to botlane, but make sure you can push in the wave before you do. If you play mid mostly, keep an eye on if your bot or top are pushed in and may be open for a roam. If you play jg, see if you can figure out where the other jungler started, when you can invade, when you can countergank, etc. One of the most important things for laners is the jungler will often go buff -> camp -> buff -> lane and he'll have level 3 and double buffs and you'll most likely die unless you're prepared in advance. Happens around 3:00 and you're still level 2.

  3. Figure out what your team does best. If your team has a great wombo combo for teamfights, try to stick with them in mid to late game for a good fight. If they've got poor teamfight potential, try to see if you can splitpush or grab other objectives (drag or rift)

  4. In terms of picks, try to pick someone who can either a) fight two people or b) get away from two people, because if you're doing the best, you'll often get ganked. Example is Nasus or Illaoi can fight two people and Zed or Talon can get away from two people.

  5. Be patient. In your games, assuming you are significantly better than the people you play with, you should have about a 55% win rate. You won't exactly skyrocket upwards, but you should get there slowly but surely.

  6. Notice when you're tilted. If you end a game and you're tilted you need to take a 15 minute break or so to calm down. Even if you feel like you're ready to take out your anger and tilt on the next game, you'll just end up playing poorly because of it.
