Why hasn't voice chat been implemented yet?

I mean I've played thousands of hours of League of Legends and have had games lost because I didn't have a clue on what my team was doing. I've also played just as much Counter Strike Global Offensive as I do League of Legends now (roughly 2000 hours of CSGO) and improved much more in CSGO since voice chat is just a golden tool. While an FPS and a MOBA are day and night, strategy and communication is HUGE in both of those genres.

I feel as if people would have more fair games having communication with their team and reach the ranks they deserve skill wise and improve more, because they have the communication it takes to setup their strategy on how to win instead of having the RNG of which team has more self smart players who can play well without a voice in their ear.

It's very appealing for experienced players, but i can tell you from experience trying to learn CS:GO, its been very discouraging.

Well I would infer that it's because of the esrb rating thing for the game, comsidering online interactions are unpredictable. Similar to how Nintendo doesn't implement a voice chat for everyone in game for similar reason since its widely known as a "safe family system". I guess rito doesn't have that same expectations but I would presume the reasoning is along the same lines.

I believe that Riot said that due to the quality of teammates (trolling, ect), they will not implement voice chat.

So either use a third party program, or use text.
