Katarina is a pretty hard champ to play, for her to have such a high winrate is really surprising.

I only mashed buttons on her when I can no longer thing of combos. Like for example an easy combo is to q e aa w ult. or q e aa ult w.

I can assure you that if you mash buttons on her you'll just end up looking like a retard and blinking to random targets. Better to just think of combos and make sure you kind of calculate how much damage you're doing to your target before you do something risky.

Kat is fine. item 3146 active is absurdly overtuned.

A few other things to point out:

New runes support Kat's biggest strengths and cover her biggest weaknesses to a degree that you don't see on most other champs.
Kat benefits from adaptive stats more than any other champ, since AD is much stronger on her early, and AP is much stronger later.
Kat got a lot of the benefits from her old mpen stacking build added to her gunblade rush build, which just made gunblade a much bigger power spike.
Triumph and Coup de Grace are artificially inflating Kat's damage, dive survivability, and teamfight staying power. Both of these significantly lower the judgment aspect of her skill floor, and nerfs to these runes will hit her inexperienced win rate pretty significantly.
AP mid laners have no decent MR item or component to rush against her. There's a gap of 2550g between Null and Banshee's. This needs to be fixed.

The point here is that nerfing the champ will only pigeonhole her into Dom/Precision and Gunblade rush more than she already is. Gunblade is overpowered and has needed nerfs for a long time. Precision runes are already getting nerfs.

No, Gunblade isn't overtuned here at all. In fact, Riot intentionally made it so that Katarina synergizes well with Gunblade after updating her. Besides the synergy with Gunblade, Gunblade does not cause this amazing power spike; it's ultimately because of the lack of Magic Resistance in this pre-season. That does not mean Gunblade doesn't substantially increase your power though.

As much as I do enjoy playing Katarina right now, I do have to admit she is pretty overtuned. She is a rather difficult assassin to master, but with as strong as she is now she can mostly just charge forward and brute force it even if you screw up your combos.
