What is considered a fight in this game?
usually when someone says X champ (mage) is fighting X champ (assassin) is it really a fight or a race to get bursted by who can land cc/burst 1st?
And tanks isnt it a slapfight to see who can do more percent/base damage 1st in their kit constantly resetting cool-downs?
while fighters its more skill match up in certain ways how each skill interacts vs each other example fiora vs jax. jax e vs fiora w or q to avoid as a example.
while juggernauts is simply who can land their kill condition 1st wins.
while adc vs adc "battles" consist of who has a stronger support or more adc poke range vs enemy laner, it bears down to at the point support vs support fights while adc tries to poke farm at worst if supports are the only thing keeping range or outright kill potential.
while adc mid lanes have poke/ad vs assassins is still a matter of poke vs burst hard. distance vs kill pressure, is this really combat?
adc top lanes aka quinn/vayne (best examples) can kite aka torture melee champs to no end yet the melees have to sustain/tolerate it. is this combat or slaughter?
maybe this is a linear way of looking at it but i feel the only true skill match ups are fighter vs fighter or those brave ones who do juggernaut vs fighter. if you want to change my view or am i right be my guest to explain why in each scenario if this is true or not.
