I would permaban if he wasnt such a rare pick, it's more efective to ban because he's picked every game he isn't banned.

Formerly Nasus, the literal walking stat stick, but that might change. atm I'm still greateful I rarely have to deal with heimerdinger, sejuani, and volibear.
