Imma list a couple of my favorite I've seen/played, but I'm curious as to what else people like to do (and if there's really much variety in the lane at all).
Thoughts? I've been doing more bot lane lately and synergy is (obviously) everything there.

has a lot of inherent synergy. You can easily double trap someone off of morgana's cc alone.
its very underappreciated, but absolutely bonkers.
if you have a very AD heavy team.
seems kind of weird with her ult, until you think about pulling a soraka out of any dangerous over extension that you choose and saving her so she can keep healing up your entire team. Otherwise 
is pretty gross.
will almost always lose lane, but you will dominate team fights in mid and late game.
Finally, a couple of really off meta picks that I used a lot in earlier seasons for some trolly wins.
. Obvious ult synergy, but Zilean covers up tryndamere's range weakness, and the dives are really good.
. Exclusively picked against Vayne and a short range support.
