@Riot Meddler Thoughts Vi as a champion

Feels really bad playing an ADC who isn't lucian and Vi ulting you, there is almost nothing you can do and her burst just by herself is enough to 75% to 0% you while she still retains very tanky with her passive.

I understand divers should be able to get onto someone reliably but her ult being a clickshot and letting the opposing party do nothing about it is a bit extreme, i used to not have a problem with this as she wasn't played too much but due to her clear speeds she can get her spikes way to fast.
