Karma has to keep her tether up like twice as long, the range isn't nearly as good, and the damage sucks compared to what Leblanc gets. And no I'm not comparing apples to oranges. 2 champions with tethers, but for some reason the assassin is able to cc you so much more easily than the mage/support.

You are wrong on some occasions, right on others. But try to compare whole kits, not single abilities. Sometimes single abilities have to suck to make for a balanced kit.

I exaggerated a bit on the tether duration, but everything else is true. Leblanc gets more range, more damage, and doesn't have to keep the tether up as long.

Leblanc's tether has like 300 more range than Karma's. Karma puts herself in a really dangerous spot when she tries to get her tether off. Leblanc does not.

It does like zero damage, and the range is really short.
