What's your goal OP?
I want to play the game and have fun. Pretty hard to do when matchmaking is so bad that there are games, not even statistical outliers-- I get that it happens, but games where one person is so hilariously and obviously mismatched that they will literally win the games by themselves.

Blame the system for failing to take into account individual skill metrics. As long as that flaw remains this problem will always exist.
