Is why does he have a fairly strong early game while also having insane mid/late scaling?
Its not early 
levels of strong, but his early game should be complete dogshit for how hard he scales with 2 items. I dont understand how he's allowed to have matchups where he straight up bullies champions and still has a ridiculously strong late game. Wasn't Azir gutted for this?

PermabannedGaren2 votesYasuo's early game isn't particularly good, and his mid game is actually bad. Rushing PD and IE gives him strong and consistent DPS, but he is incredibly fragile in team fights and skirmishes at that point, and while his dueling is all right (particularly against tanks), it's still not enough to beat someone like Darius, Riven, Tryndamere, Renekton, or Jax assuming equal gold unless he outplays them really well.
