I've accepted the fact that I will not be getting the sweet, sweet Hextech Annie Skin. Because as far as I can tell you have to roll a pair of dice to see if you got S-Rank or not. Even if you just had the best damn game of your life, no, no you're A+, not S-Rank. sorry.

So... yeah. It's not worth it. Save your money, don't suddenly feel as if there's any incentive in the game to 'get good' cause it's a farse, a lie.

And... No. Honestly I'm not salty. Just sad. Cause that hextech annie just looks really nice.

While a pretty good score line, no doubt, your CS is abysmal. CS is HUGE for rankings.

As reference, I just played a Lissandra top lane game

I got an S-

Work on CS'ing, it helps for fighting too.

if they are good enough to get it in the first place, being my point. and riots idea of "get good" is a super high skill level or their way of calculating the score is fucked up. I tend to enjoy split pushing. me doing to split, 99% of the time it will stop the enemy advance, which is what I was going for. and when I'm not pushing I'm in a teamfight so whats more objective than that to get a good rank?

But I guess it just came out so I'm just here for the ride throwin my 2cents around lol

I agree the grading system is incredibly flawed, but I'm surprised there are people who can't get 4 S ranks per month.

Is it really that hard to get 4 S ranks between you and your friends over the course of a month? I get an S rank in more than half of my wins.

I still get S Ranks in my losses.... If you're having problems getting S ranks it means you're not doing something effectively, be it GPM or objective participation. Try taking a look at youtube vids of the same champion and seeing how you can improve your GPM or lane rotations.

Well, unless you can't get any S ranks, but really it's not too hard. Another way to get S ranks is to learn a not as popular champion and play them in some normies, not too hard to get S Ranks if you have decent basic knowledge of the game

Isn't getting an S rank all about performing in the top 5% or 10% of the player-base with a champion?

Far from impossible to get.

If you play LoL regularly, you're also probably going to get ~4 per month just due to statistics.

I regularly score S or S+ on Jinx (my main, about half of my games on Jinx are S or higher). It's not a dice roll, if you're good with the champion you'll get the S.

My issue is getting it on a variety of champions. So far I've gotten an S+ on volibear and a S- on J4. I had a random Ahri game where I got an A+ which angered me mostly because my team kept going for 3v5 fights (what I'm saying is, had my team not thrown I'd probably have gotten the S- and since I almost never play mid the Ahri chest is one I won't be getting for a long while).

I think the rankings are pretty fair though. Whenever I think I had a good game I get an A+ or higher. Whenever I feel like I had a bad game I get a B+ or lower. Whenever it's so-so I get from B+ to A+.

You're probably just missing some component to your game in order to get that S level. Are you warding? Are you making presence on other lanes? Are you getting turrets? Are you not dying? Are you CS'ing well? Are you dealing good damage to champions?
