How does one not rage at people in Silver

I am a rager, I can't handle it, it's not easy just brushing off your team mates refusing to not cooperate with you and then calling you a fucking idiot, it's not. Everyone is a humongous pussy, There are so many easy kills that are obtainable I see as a jungle main, and even when I ping 200 times, no one goes in and we lose out on a kill because they're scared of dying (and then I die sometimes cause a midlaner can't call MIA)

Someone tell me in detailed description how I don't rage at these people.

What does maturity have to do with it, I could write "you should have helped me there" or something else in a formal format and I'd still get the same "are you stupid"

Quite frankly, you have to know whose opinions you care about and accept that you are the only player you can control.

Why do you care if other people call you a "fucking idiot" during a game? They are complete strangers who you will likely never play with again and such behaviour likely marks them as somewhat toxic too; their opinion should mean almost nothing to you.

Mute them to spare yourself during the game and report them afterwards to spare others in the future. They aren't really worth any more of your attention.

Is it really worth risking your account and aggravating everyone else on your team by arguing with them?

Accept the fact that other players will have different thought processes than you do which will cause them to make decisions and evaluations differently.

Perhaps they aren't chasing because they don't believe it is worthwhile (i.e. it would take too long or they would miss too much gold and experience), they believe that the task is accomplished (i.e. blew a summoner spell) or they think it is too risky (i.e. are we being led to an ambush).

Accept the fact that you are the only player you can control and learn to work around other players. They won't always do what you want them to, but they will typically be trying to win in their own manner. If necessary, think of them as a different version of bots which you have to work with and around.

Keeping the above in mind may help you out.

Can't tell if troll or not, but if not:

The best piece of advice I can tell you is this, and it's along the lines of the water and horse metaphor. You can advise and tell someone to do something all you want, but in the end, you do not control them.

Now that advice was given to me years ago and it certainly wasn't about League, but it does apply.

PS - Kills aren't the end all be all.

Edit: As for the not raging, just keep some cool water by you, when you feel like you're about to just have a rage-gasm, just take a drink and calm yourself.

im being serious, I am writing this after leaving a match (I know I am cancer, it saved me from screaming at them more though) so I sound like an idiot but its just shocking how scared every silver is of helping.
