With the exception of Naut, who is (can be) a terror bot. No support main is afraid of the joke that the rest of those champions are.
I don't think I've ever lost against a Brand support. Sometimes my ADC says "Oh noes not this Brand support crap again!" but I'm always happy to see it as support since it probably means we're going up against some cocky idiot who's going to take a lot of risks and leave his ADC hung up to dry every time he dies.
Aside from Nautilus, all those champions you listed are niche picks that can easily be dealt.
Poppy just barely squeezes in there as well.
The top supports bot lane have been pretty consistent for a while now. 
Another problem with your theory is how laughable support income is currently, on top of their itemization issues. Do you know why supports cannot carry the game? Because the carry always has the most gold and the highest level. Supports usually have the least amount of gold and lowest level.
Is it just me or morgana counters most of the supports mentioned above -.-"
