I purchased a mystery skin and got Dragonblade Talon yesterday, today I logged in and it says "You have received Dragonblade Talon as a gift from Riot"

Is this a bug since I just got an honor capsule too and it was also telling me I got 4 new missions?

If you click on the notification it'll give you an animation telling you what you received. After that it usually goes away for good.
