Am I the only one who genuinely HATES Kalista's passive when I play her?

I LOVE the idea of Kalista, she looks unbelievably badass. Or... she would. If she didn't hop around like a friggin idiot. Seriously, is there any particular reason this exists? Literally the same effect would happen if you removed her passive and gave her Q a 30% slow... Or maybe clean up her passive and make her able to attack while moving for the animation at least?? I don't know, I'm not on the balance team. Like, why do I have to deal reduced damage to play a champion that I don't even like the ability.
