Make his ult still do dmg if target flashil dash away during ult animation.
Honestly it feels complete bullshit that some champions can just dash away the moment they see ur ult animation, it not only moves them out of your ult, but also negates the damage.

If you changed J4's ult you would have to change all the others for balance.
J4 is strong where he is at, it would be a pointless change when there are other changes to be made in the game.
