It'd be more worth to get mana for building health than the other way around. The ratio would have to be changed (Say, 1 bonus mana for every 10 or 12 bonus health), but at the moment he's not exactly going after mana-heavy builds

That's a pretty mana heavy build with Archangel, RoA and Frozen Heart. (Not sure what the last item is since I don't play him, but maybe

?) I could see him taking a different build path from the Archangel and the RoA because this meta is faster than before and he won't get to stack them up, but I know the items are strong on him.

He does better with Crystal Scepter+Full tank or Crystal Scepter+Liandry's+Full tank. He doesn't actually use that much mana unless he's being free with his flings, and pressing R solves that problem.
