When I look at a champion, I think to myself, "when would I want to pick them?"

Her poke is just not very good anymore. do it better. Protecting the ADC? are better at it. Scaling to end game? are better later on.

She honestly has no reason to be picked anymore in my opinion

I think her protection of the adc is just as good as braum or janna. She has a slow, polymorph, shield and speed up, and her ult gives more life and knocks those people close to adc up. She's just not a popular pick sadly.

I strongly disagree. A shield giving AD, an AoE knockback heal and an aoe knockup tornado with a point-and-click slow is realistically better for peeling.

Lulu doesn't devote the majority of her power budget to peeling like Janna does. She splits it with poking in lane, peeling and scaling.

Not saying she's bad. There are just better choices. She has a consistent sub-50% W/L ratio, and a fairly low pick rate. That does speak somewhat to her desirability.

The slow changes secretly screwed with her q and most adc dont know when I cast help pixie that you should push a lane.

What hurts her way more is no real hard cc to battle the tanky supports

She's been banned at worlds almost every year. Lulu is good at protecting people who get focused down in fights (Darius or Fiora, for instance), and have a lack of mobility. These champs have crazy damage if they can get close enough to kill someone, and if they don't get burst down right away. Lulu gives them the mobility and protection they need to do their job. But Yes I agree. Janna is a better support overall. There's literally NOTHING she doesn't do. In terms of support, she has everything.
