Teams with triple bruisers diving into your team and body blocking skill shots because AP carries can barely touch their health with a full combo, and Sterak's + Maw gives them a ridiculous amount of extra survivability.
This is pretty stupid and more or less invalidates all AP champions.

Xin: He has no escape, like Diana. Bait his engage, then stun him and walk away or burst him down quickly. If you don't have a stun, sucks for you. Alistar: His whole combo costs a crap ton of mana and has been hard to stop with or without Sterak's. No comment. Lucian: This guy only heals if he gets in Auto range. If he tries to get in said range with his dash, punish him HARD,

ValyrianBlade2 votesBest thing you can probably do is try your best to peel for the ADC. Attract some damage for him and do your best to let him kill the bruisers. Perhaps in this scenario you should still build FQC 
for the extra peel. Perhaps Rylais 
In most of these scenarios the enemy team will be all AD. So your team should naturally outscale as your bruisers/tanks can stack up on loads of Health+Armor and become really hard to kill. The ADC should be able to do some pretty sweet damage when multiple enemies have spent 2+ item slots plus boots on non-armor items (and likely beyond that most of these champions also have a Black Cleaver or another AD, non-armor, item).
Krinu1 votesHonestly? CC and back off. Steak's + Maw makes them very hard to burst down, but provides next to no sustain and not a whole lot of mitigation. You win against that build path by wearing them down with poke and running away when they engage. Consider building FQC for some self-peel, CDR, and mana regen.
