What about the ability to make your E knockup slightly longer, remain on the target slightly longer, and bounce back in a skillshot, picking your place of arrival?

I think free tenacity would fit her theme better than free resistances. Birds aren't tanky, and CC effects Quinn's ult more than most.

tenacity helps a bird someone get out of a net faster but once a bird gets caught they wont get out
