What champions can "out of stealth tear enemies apart"

Specifically, I mean melee-ranged on-hit or Attack Speed champions with stealth.

Pre-rework use to able to do this with a build or similar since her dual scaling let her use both the AD and AP attack speed items and it felt extremely satisfying to use, popping out of steath after tracking a target down their lane until they were isolated enough to jump in with W and shred through their health bar with E's 2 on-hits+ AS steroid.

What champions can fill this role now though?

Wouldn't his location be made pretty clear without stealth though? The idea of jumping out of the shadows at them doesn't really work when the only stealth he has gives the enemy he's near a big "go back to your tower" icon. He doesn't have the ability to go around brush behind the enemy without being spotted by every ward along the path, as well.

I'm not sure what you're looking for here.

You want to come out of stealth and then poke the enemy a whole bunch of times?

You could do that with Shaco if you really wanted to, or Twitch. But almost all stealth champs would rather just instantly kill their target with burst damage now. Because if you don't, your target will turn around and instantly kill you.
