Zed and Leblanc are possibly the most uninteractive laners in existence

He just sits at his tower and chunks you from halfway across the lane all day. Shurikens+shadow slash all day, and if you ever try to punish him he just uses his shadow ability (I forget what it's called) and gets to his tower (or on the other side of the wall). And after he dives you he can immediately return to his starting position, so it's not like tower diving is risky for him to do. And since the pop from his ult always goes off, he's always guaranteed to do a ton of damage to you. What exactly is Zed's weakness? He can outpoke pretty much everyone, and his all ins are insanely strong, and as I said he's pretty much guaranteed to escape after he's done. Other assassins don't bother me, because with champions like Katarina, Akali, Talon, you can actually punish them if they mess up, and they don't have a ton of poke. They also don't have untargetability, so they are much healthier champs.

Leblanc is basically the same as Zed except she's obviously magic damage.

It's not even the damage that bothers me, even though their damage is pretty insane. It's the fact that you have very few opportunities to interact with them in lane. You just eat poke all day and there's nothing you can do about it.
