Ashe could use a little buff too tbh

She is hardly relevant at all except for her ult.

Imho...the Q changes kinda ruined her, the way it was before was cooler to use and more interesting overall, but if it really needs to stay this way i'd say it needs to be at 3 stacks...4 are still too high many times.
