Could we possibly buff Rumble a bit?

There's absolutely no reason to pick him at all. Everything that he does Kennen can do better. HIs abilities don't scale that well, his cc isn't reliable (not point and click), and his MS boost isn't that great. I feel like Rumble is simply a victim of power creep. This problem is exacerbated by his unreliable CC and his poor waveclear, due to how his flamespitter works. I'm not asking for a full rework or anything, but maybe a few QOL buffs for Rumble could help him out a bit. Anyways, what do you think? A few small buffs needed or he's fine as is.

I don't feel like "his CC isn't point and click" is a real weakness for a champion. He's been strong in the past with unreliable CC.

It's more than just unreliable CC. He has extremely poor waveclear.

He's pretty much fine. Rumble's more of a teamfighting-based champion, not a duelist like Fiora or Jax. Imo, he's preferably suitable in teamfight situations where he can land a perfect ult & uses his Q(with Rylais) to annoy/slow enemies down.

And I don't feel that his waveclear is considered "horrible", since his Q can pretty much do its job if he has the right amount of AP builds on him. Annoying part of him is his AA, which can really make melee-cs based typically hard.
