rylais forces mobility creep

can we have something done about the item? since its changes and the repeated swifties nerfs, its being bought more and more on ap champs who create ranged perma slows with it.

its has the same effect as season 1 ashe on a larger scale. it completely shits on any champion who doesnt have hard gapclosers, blinks, dashes or similar mobility tools available to compensate for the fact that hes being nailed to the ground.

mage mains repeatedly argue, that they need the item to deal with high mobility champions, when it creates the entire opposite effect and forces high mobility teamcomps, since ranged permaslows hit low mobility champs much harder than champions with high amounts of mobility, leaving only mobile champions viable.

Only mobile champions viable huh? http://champion.gg/statistics/#?roleSort=&sortBy=general.winPercent&order=descend ... hmmmm

srry, what i meant was mobile melee champions, as ranged champions have larger threat range and arent that much affected by permaslows either. youre not getting slowed when you can fling auto attacks and spells from a distance where you wont get hit by these permaslowing abilities.

but you also have to look at the playrates of these champions. skarner is practically nonexistent in games. means hes probably only picked once in a full moon against that rare teamcomp that isnt overloaded with slows.

now sort by play percentage. most top played champions right now are either supports (well, duh), ranged and/or highly mobile.

You know what could prevent mobility creep? Bloodseeker. But "hard counters arent fun"
