Ravenous or Titanic Hydra on Darius?

Just a question I want to ask because I've been indecesive about it. Both of them have good benefits but which is better?

Ravenous:

More AD
Active and passive benefit from his steroid, gives him a very noticeable damage boost
Life steal gives him sustain without Q (improved by his passive too)
Lower cooldown on active makes it more consistent

Titanic

Offers health, improving his Q heal
Scales with his health, giving full tank builds more power
Doesn't need his passive up to use its damage
Offers another AA reset for his combo, lets him get his passive up sooner

What do the boards think?

My vote is for Titanic Hydra, hands down.

Edit: To elaborate, HP is SO good on Darius, and Titanic Hydra lets him up his damage and sustain by building tank (That Q...). This means a better Darius for teamfights.

Titanic. Why? Adds a free passive stack. Ravenous does not.

I believe Titanic Hydra is better now.

You typically rush Black Cleaver for mobility since it stacks with your bleed, meaning that either Hydra item would be relegated to your fourth major item in a typical build (after two defensive items). At that point, you have enough health that Titanic Hydra will deal good damage and you don't really need Ravenous Hydra for sustain (since your Q now heals you).

Titanic Hydra, you should be building a lot of health on Darius and TH gives you an auto-reset to more quickly get bleed stacks.

Titan Hydra, because his Q has better sustain now, and all he really needs is to be AD offtank

I like Ravenous, even though Titanic is probably better.

With Titanic, you need an auto for the active damage, whereas you can "poke" with ravenous against another melee. Of course, you can AA a minion, but it feels clunkier in general.
