Lulu's W point to click Polymorph is just stupid

At max rank last 2.25 seconds and you just get bursted down, is this even cleansable?

It would be a lot better if it was a skillshot of some sort.

Ryze CC is just a simple stun, doesn't make you walk around like Lulu's W does, his stun doesn't even last a full second.

Better yet, it's a root. It only stops you from moving, it doesn't flat out remove your ability to use your own abilities unlike a stun or polymorph.

It lasts 0.75 seconds, that's nothing. Most cc abilities now last 1 second at the very least. Meanwhile this midget can transform you into this little thing what ever it is and do nothing for 2.25 seconds. Not to mention she already has a 80% slow on her Q and a knock off on her R which you won't be able to escape easily unless you have item 3139 .

Nothing? she was always a good support as specially against asssassin's, she doesn't have any kind of counterplay. She gives free attack speed, movement speed, shields, health and a slow and a powerful CC, she has a lot of things already.

Lulu's polymorph is one of the only remaining point-and-click CCs in the game. There are some champions that a skillshot is simply impossible to skillfully land (think Katarina). Polymorph is allowed to be powerful because it doesn't completely lock the target out of all mobility. You can still move around while polymorphed which is a lot more powerful than people realize. It has a long cooldown and can therefore be effectively drawn out before committing to an engage.

That being said, Lulu's ultimate is my real sticking point. Its cooldown is far too low for how easily it can swing close fights in your favor.

they should rework that ability into a skill shot but if you E your opponent it would became a point click this way she would have to choose a 100% hit rate or a shield for ally
