Well considering the wide variety of shenanigan items and changes to gameplay, it's kind of intended.

People want their icons and the only way to get them is to win. So it's basically ranked but instead of elo you get icons.

ARAM Butcher's Bridge everyone was chill and wanted to have fun, now everyone in Black Market Bralwers will go insane if you don't go tryhard mode on it for those icons.

Aside from that, I really like the mode. It's interesting and late game is absolutely insane if you ever make it. The Brawlers aren't a joke, and can swarm and burst someone down. I had a team that bought all of those stalking wharf rat Brawlers with Baron buff with all upgrades, and they instantly killed me and demolished our base.

I just think that the AD items should like, be useful. both pretty medicore stats, the Mirage active is useless and Claws just aren't worth it. Aside from that not much else to complain about.
