Now that tops are basically just sit and push and push and push all day, can she at least have her 20 Q damage back?

Jokes aside, that Q nerf was and still is in reason. The CD is already low and with scaling CDR glyphs it's up every 2 seconds, basically my auto attack. Adding that base damage back will just make her lane phase after Catalyst even more oppressive.
