Garen changes coming to the PBE.... Why play Urgot

Garens E is Urgots W but also hits more and hits all around him AND he is NOT slowed AND his hits can crit

So Garen can hit 12 times with no bonus attack speed (can get over 20 hits if you build attack speed with On hits like ) in 3s doing 28+ 35% AD Per hit to all around him AND (28 + 35%)*25% and applies on hit at 50% PER hit to the closest target

vs

Urgot hits 9 (cant get more then this), is slowed -125 movment speed, Hits only one target (closest unless hit with Q or E) doing 12+35% AD and applies on it also at 50% but CAN NOT Crit.
