To all the Shen mains: How is the Shen kit rework looking?

I'm no Shen player, but I'd like to get a feel for how people believe the kit rework is going.

they didn't really touch his ult, which is all I care about really, I don't think we can really gauge until we get to play him, but I think its success will hinge on how this new Q functions

Yeah, I am glad that they left his R and E relatively the same. I think that was a main part that I liked about having one on the team.

I actually have to agree here. I'm not a Shen main per say, but I feel like taking his poke ability which is his primary farming tool in pressured lanes and making him purely melee will make his lane phase more difficult for sure, but it might give him more incentive to actually pick fights instead of sit and make top lane a snooze fest.

As for SUPPORT Shen, I'm actually all over this change. As a Support main, having the ability to drop a little more damage on squishier targets and a way to keep damage off yourself or your carry in a fight can swing trades HUGELY in favor of Shen's side if timed well.

Someone who has tried him as a support. I may be a tad annoyed about his healing mechanic getting removed. But his new W is going to give him a pretty good feature for a support build.

I won't really say much until after I tried him.

Support might be fun.
