Ivern is already weak relative to other champions.

Can we PLEASE buff his passive in light of the HUGE nerf to smite and the interaction with his kit? Please. This is going to nuke his early clear even harder.

From what I've seen, Ivern's going to be the one in the best state (or near it) once the jungle changes come out.

You mean the removal of the only capstone he can utilize, or is it the 15 seconds longer on the only way he can clear camps early, or perhaps you're referring to the changes to smite and the buffs to the items when you HIT jungle monsters.

There are 0 positive preseason changes for the green father. Riot will likely have to do a balance pass on him during preseason but it's going to be extreme the drop when .22-.23 hits.

Man every time I say Ivern is terrible, I play against one in a ranked game and he does really well. I have only vocalized that to my friend 2x and each time we lost to an ivern.

When I don't say it though, he is terrible. Every Ivern I play with or against otherwise is really bad.

Ivern has a very different pattern. He has nothing he can do after his first smite but gank. His level 3 takes a very long time and happens when you aren't there.

The thing is Ivern is actually horrifyingly strong if you have good early lane assistance for ganks because it means you get MILES ahead. TF Mid? definite first blood. Maokai top who you can chat with who takes W? 100% FB. Bot lane ali/cait? 100% FB. It's so easy to get FB with this champ AND GIVE IT TO A LANE with your E.

The problem is Ivern's farming pattern is horrible. Really just straight up unacceptably bad. He can't keep up farm against higher elo players. He needs his passive effected by CDR desperately.
