Please bait them near the bush. I know not everyone will fall for it but at least try. Don't:
All it's gonna do is force me to either walk out awkwardly and possibly die, or get you killed and get me spam ??? pinged
I am not going to bait them if i do not think the lane is properly setup for a gank or if i do not have the resources to assist with the gank.
Second baiting them is not exactly something thats easy to do. You can only marginally predict what the enemy will do.
Say for example you are sitting no the top lane side bush.
Lets say i run near the top side bush he is most of the time going to position themselves near the Bot side bush if theres no vision for them top side. Alternatively Lets say i position on the bot side bush. Depending on the champion i have theres a wave between you and me it will mean i cannot reliably fight through that wave to help you with the gank and if they also have vision there then its a moot point.
The thing is though even then they are not guaranteed to position there. If they have vision top side they are still gonna prefer to position themselves on the side where theres vision or pressure. Its kinda hard to just "bait them".
Finally if your laner is smart enough to track your jungler(i do it all the time) you typically know there rotations, who they want to gank, when, and the sudden shift in your laner's play pattern.
Basically if the enemy is dumb enough to fall for baits then they should already be feeding anyways.
