But when you get feeders/trolls/ragers, they dont even fear the ban? I have to tolerate a 20 min+ game with a top feeder/ a troll ADC and a rager SUP, but! if i leave I'm the one who gets banned?

Afk is the worst though. You can have a rager or feeder and still win, at least they are THERE doing something, they can get a kill or distract the enemy or even decide to man up and stop being pussies, you however, arent there for anything to possibly get better

Except we do know they don't get banned, from players at high Diamond doing this and repeatedly getting them in games for months straight.

Pretty much this. If they are just feeding and trolling I'd rather they just go afk. I've won 4v5s even if it made me annoyed, but I at least wasn't dealing with constant reminders of the dude being a dick and pushing me closer to tilting because they are their all game, hitting no on surrender votes, etc. I'll again say, you can't mute trolling and feeding.
At least if they afk I'm not dealing with them going out of their way to try and lose compared to just not being there.

I've had people full out rage and intentionally feed, even stating as much IN CHAT, laughing about it after the game when people are reporting them...I see these same people 1-2 times even a week or two later, acting the same way, on my team or not.
You afk, you get instant warning, you do it enough, the system instantly punishes you. You rage, feed, troll, you might eventually get a chat ban for a few games. I'd rather someone just leave the game and get it over with than flat out feed and troll. I can at least mute if they are being toxic, I can't mute them from feeding and trolling.
DrNova1 votesI find it hard to believe you often see the same players, as I rarely ever see someone I remember in a game. Just to many players. That being said, I' sure its possible once in a while.
But without the tribunal, you can really expect riot to have the staff to check ever single report for "flaming" or "intentionally feeding". Flaming and intentional feeding are often reported in cases where its simply not true, so there would be a ton of garbage to filter through to find the real stuff. I assume they dont do anything unless a person gets reported frequently about said issue. Otherwise though there really isnt any way for them to check each case without a massive department of people JUST reading these things.
AFK's, on the other had, are cut and dry. You just werent there. Unless you just wandering around in base maybe, the program can tell. And AFK's contribute nothing. As I said even a feeder or troll can have good plays sometimes or just be a needed meat shield. They have the chance to turn things around or calm down. AFK's deprive their team of that chance and usually a garunteed game.

Centuros2 votesThey quite possibly DO get banned eventually. There are just so very many players that you keep running into new ones, not to mention the old ones making new accounts or coming back after the ban expires.
Also, automatic AFK detection is easy, but automatic scanning of a report to determine if it is justified is impossible.
