Zeds new passive is just a shitty version of his old w where if the adc is being protected you never get scaling ad, and on the flip you can't really ult anyone but the adc if you want to scale.

Talon is just a cheesy get first blood or be useless champ now.

Literally every champ except khazix and akali became way less fun to play as and against and most of them are either super op or complete garbage. This rework as a whole failed and considering 3 of the most heavily changed champs are being reverted already why not just admit your error and revert the rest. Not to mention the whole reason it happened was the fake interest in "game health" you claim to have while tanks go untouched with absurd damage and lulu/janna are braindead freelo people constantly abuse and make botlane a snooze fest
