Make Thornmail scale more, but off damage reduction instead of armor
Make it less hypereffective on 
and better on your average tank.
Then, we can give it a healing reduction.

LaughingMan111 votesHonestly, if they just nerfed it a bit in general and made it do something like apply grevious wounds to who ever is attacking you, it'd be a really good must buy on every tank. As much as i would love for it to counter ADCs again, if we aren't careful ADC's will just whine and it'll get nerfed, like what happened last time.
