Maybe post this thread after there's actually been any complaints about this change? Because they only thread I've seen for it on here aside from yours complained about him not being hit hard enough.

I still remember the gameplay VIktor mains complaining about how Riot gutted his ult. Turns out its the most op part of his kit rofl

They did gut it. It feels awful to use. Sure it works strictly from a competitive standpoint because it does more damage but it feels clunky....I've had people run inside of my circle...and then run out of it...and not take any damage because they accidentally timed the tick. I've also had the reverse where people saw it wasn't doing damage so they didn't run outside of it and died...both cases make me cringe. I still play Viktor but honestly its just because I'm a fanboy, I don't enjoy playing him nearly as much. I still get S- or S pretty much every game sure but I'd take the old Viktor back any time.

Yeh, and the complaints were justified. Good thing they adjusted the numbers a bit back then.

it actually does change something at high elo, dont think they will be able to take advantage of this powerspike delay at gold or lower.
