So I love playing league and I am fairly good at it. I main jax and play top lane and jg. Jg I don’t have a problem with but when I play top I can’t ever seem to win my lane anymore. I used to always be able to win lane and then proceed to help my team but in the past few months I can’t win lane. I will feed or be camped constantly and can never make a comeback. Any advice would be greatly welcomed.

You were into a Fiora for...actually, both of your last Jax top games. That's a skill-heavy matchup there, where the timing between your E and her W will be the difference between victory and defeat.
Looking at the game versus Ornn, I find a serious problem: Sheen should be first item as Jax.
Legit, 
is the only item you need to start winning trades. Rush it, unless you desperately need resistances or it's a matchup where you need Phage first (which...may be into Darius? I don't think any other instances require it first).
Try rushing that first, and you'll probably do better.
