Dude, tanks have slow items. We also have enough CC in our kits to make more slow items oppressive as hell.

can we just revert the swifties nerfs until the preseason when they finally give rylais a rework?

i mean yes, everyone bought them before their nerfs. but id rather see swifties being on every champion than a whole bunch of champions removed from the game because they dont have the inbuilt mobility to deal with perma slows.
