A Small Request for Malphite ( re: 9.15 ult change )

Can we please make the behavior if cast outside of max range a toggle?

Currently: If you cast outside of max range, it casts at max range in that direction

Memory/Seems like old versions: He would path towards that direction then cast when the area you clicked came in range

Especially for smart-cast users, the old version was far superior. I spent 20+ minutes looking like an idiot today as I hadn't realized this had been changed and missing 60% of my ults which was incredibly frustrating and I'm not sure what use case there is for his ult specifically to need to be the way it is.
