that's very playable, before the server moved, my ping averaged around 90 -110, and my lag spikes would easily hit over 200 if not higher.

Before the server move I had 130 ping most of the time, currently now if i get 110+ ping its as if everything is delayed, when i cs the damage and the gold shows up on my screen like 1.5 - 3 seconds after actually killing the creep. Screen randomly freezes and its as if my character have unlimited flashes with the moves it moving across this stream, so no its far from playable

Spikes are not, unless they come at intervals and the game tells you "Shits going to lag in five seconds, make sure you're safe brah".

No, you should mute them and move on with your life instead of getting salty over a 20 minute game that had no real impact on you. Then again judging by your insults against me I can tell you probably have no self control at all and get really mad really easily.
