Its not simply caused by laughing though, it will randomly do this at times as well. Its not exactly gamebreaking, but figured id ask.

Just report in the "Report a Bug" with that same video. Or if it is already reported (I suggest checking now), then just patiently wait until the next patch.

This also happens when you ult, and proceed to laugh. He stops bouncing, but begins to laugh, and the ult splash animations still happen, causing people to be knocked-back. I think it's funny

This bug is still a thing but it only shows the running animation bug for other players.
