So, Cassiopeia has some synergy with other poison abilities and her twin fang. What if we did something similar for Anivia? We let other champions apply "chilled" with some of their abilities (Lissandra, Ashe, Braum, Nunu etc) and Anivia can use frostbite on them. I just thought it would be cool if Anivia has some synergy with other champions.

Once upon a time, ALL slows applied Chill. It was OP. But really, the buff I'd like to see is making immunity to slows not prevent the Chill debuff- atm, Yi in his ult CAN'T take 2x dmg from e.
