Aurelion Sol nerfs, Plz Buff his E
His E has a HUGE and I mean HUGE CD and it does nothing for his damage.
Plz PLZ remove the ramp up and lower its CD. Let him use it in Combat but get stopped if a Champ attacks him.
He would then have SOME way to escape.
