Saianna7 votesHe always had it. Even when AP was in its best form (5x Archangel + rabadon= 1300AP for every mage) and he had even passive stealing part of enemys AP. And noone was angry at that. There was no "veigar OP"

Marthian1 votesBecause back then, Tristana jumps on you in a minion wave and you explode, AP Yi was insane, and Kassadin could assassinate most any champion.
The game balance is way different now than it was years ago.

What has changed since then? More mobility? Better tools for ADCs? Almost as good tools for tanks as back then?
Veig lost alot. His rework & DFG "compensation". He's nowhere near as strong as he used to be. And he never was super popular nor winrate monster. It all comes to simple things like "disliking X champion and wanting him nerfed". I have it for Riven & Lee. I hate them. I really do. But will anything change to them? no, not really. Should Veigar be changed? Nope.

Not hard to break Banshee's (and any competent player isn't going to use their ult immediately when they see someone with banshee's.)
