except for the steraks buff, how exactly are those changes going to be a buff to juggernauts?

considering that theyre all designed to scale by stacking large amounts of health, and health gets nerfed on almost every item.

we still end up with more HP than tanks will

the ones who can use DD will love the bigger DoT to help them avoid burst and heal it back (ill, dar, I like it on yorick and the new udyr) including visage sustain buff for all of them

trundle is hugely buffed indirectly by tanks having more resists to steal on top if basically getting a health refill of he ults after they use stoneplate

garen won't change much but he's always been the least effective of the bunch vs tanks, and being as he is DD isn't great on him. he's the only one I don't see getting a net positive from the changes
