The closest I ever made it was my silver 2 promo's but I failed both of them. Is there anything I'm doing wrong right now?

You are playing to win not playing to improve yourself. If you improve yourself you have a higher chance to win.

just play meta champs dude and u can win the games ... like for now u should realy play mf full lethality just check my match history and u will see how good it is i dont even main her i played for first game ranked and carried the game ^_^

Ill tell you this right now, this seems hypocritical, cause it is.

BUT, as you can tell from my name, ima teemo main, last season i was gold 2, from playing teemo top n jungle.

But right now, theres way better picks, teemo doesnt bring that much to the table as much as a darius can, not only that, but psychologically, even your team mates dont like having teemo on their team, and dont expect you to do much, just cause of it being a bad rep.

If you want to climb, play the same champ, as much as possible. Champs that can benefit team fights are always the best thing to pick in solo que (unless your just wanting to play a certain champ, for fun, and dont expect to rise, like me)

Good examples (for all roles) are-

Thresh Leona Karma Blitzcrank Amumu Chogath Darius Illaoi Maokai Malphite Morgana Sejuani Swain Velkoz Zac Zyra

Now what all these guys have in common... is control. Not just crowd control. But just their presence alone, is scary. They dont really have to be fed, to do something, they got moves that can fuck up an entire team fight, execute you, stun an entire group of people, chain CC, peel like a beast..... Their versatile. Thats what you need to play.

Teemo isnt. Yes you can play him in any role, with nearly any build, and actually do well, but you can not change his abilities.

He has a short poke blind, some poison damage, move quick, and can setup shrooms, but with minion wave,s pink wars, and the sweeper, its hard to setup a effective minefield unless you rush CDR and get blue buff.

Well, I see a 56+% winrate on Annie and Vlad. So keep playing them, and you'll climb eventually. Just stop playing Ryze, you're not up to par with him. But 56% winrate usually indicate you're ~2 divisions lower than you deserve, you should be able to get at least Silver 1 just if you're patient enough and don't tilt.
