So on my off account I have like 10 champs and so I play tf in Midlane and with that screw dorans ring frost queens is way better to have for several reasons. Gold gain, more damage by passive , self peel due to active and passive giving yourself haste, cdr, lastly 60ap is pretty gold efficient on this item. Also lastly I'll take 3 potions to only having 2 if you started dorans ring. 1 extra potion and more gold gain but losing a little ap and hp is worth the trade.

Please tell us how you are starting off the game with 2350 gold.

The base item my man . It's way more efficient then dorans ring .think starting long sword and 3 pots . I build frost queens because there is nothing wrong with having it

This item is good for gold. Just do not upgrade. I use it too sometimes.

It's actually really really good to upgrade it. You can't really argue against it . Extra damage via passive among everything else
