All because he has to play a mini game, yes please let's give every champion a minigame to justify being overpowered at every stage of the game.

Yeah sure, let's nerf one of the hardest, if not THE hardest, ADC to play in the game. Gutting the entire class wasn't enough. Let's absolutely destroy one of the few remaining ADC's viable. The guy with a 52% winrate. (also, he only has a pickrate of 4.96% in your ELO so I'm not sure what you're on about).
Not Quinn or anything, I mean, 54-55% winrate in two different lanes is totally acceptable.
Not Tryndamere, who can build AP and absolutely annihilate you with a mere requirement of two brain cells.
Not Wukong, who can run at you invisible and press two buttons to delete you with no counterplay.

it isn't draven, its bloodthirster and stormrazor that make him stupidly strong
It isn't as much that dravens OP, or any stronger than he's been since forever. It's just he's a strong lane adc, that snowballs well and is at his strongest during the mid game. In this meta mid game is typically as far as the game matters so he's just the best fit to this meta. However if you were to nerf him... at all, that win rate would plummit. Because the moment he isn't a lane bully ADC he'd have no purpose in the game. And considering he's one of the very few remaining viable actual adc's, that'd be pretty fk'd.
With other ADC nerfs, Draven kept his absurd damage since he wasn't constrained by the classic crit build. Now he is strong as any ADC when full build, but on top of that he has that busted gold mechanic that makes him get way ahead of any other. Ofc he sits at 52% winrate

A level 14, 14/2/3 Quinn (on current patch) with Electrocute and Ignite up HAS to be scared of level 11, 11/6/3 Draven with Conqueror while their items are pretty much the same... That's so ridiculous...
