Garen "rework" feels amazing

Great job Riot, really having fun playing this reworked Garen.

You made him riskier and boosted his core mechanic.

He still suffers from the same problems as before (easy to kite, many counters, no cc and useless in teamfights) but he's a lot more fun to play imo.

I only played him twice and once vs him
